Got a buyer financed and ready? Here's the 30-second version. No portal, no login — just scan the paper application and email it in.

Four steps

From paper app to pre-approval

  1. Have your buyer complete the application. The same paper app you already use — filled out completely.

  2. Scan or photograph every page. Flat, in focus, and readable. A clear phone photo is fine.

  3. Email it to us. Send the scan to mhf@simpliclose.us — all pages in one email.

  4. We take it from here. We review it and send the pre-approval back to you.
