Our commitment

SimpliClose, a manufactured home lending program of HomeFi Corporation, is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Housing and lending should be accessible to all, and that includes the way we present information online.

Standard we aim for

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

In building and maintaining this site we aim to:

• use semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can navigate headings, lists, and landmarks;
• provide meaningful alternative text for images that convey information;
• maintain sufficient color contrast between text and its background;
• make every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator;
• provide a “Skip to main content” link so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass the navigation;
• respect the operating system’s reduced-motion setting, so animations are minimized for visitors who ask for that; and
• keep the site usable at a range of screen sizes and zoom levels.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review this site as it changes and work to correct issues we find or that are reported to us. Some content may not yet fully meet our target standard, and third-party content or services linked from this site — including our loan application portal — may have their own accessibility characteristics that we do not control.

Alternatives to using this website

You never have to use this website to do business with us. Every product described here can be discussed, and an application can be completed, by telephone with a member of our team. If a document or disclosure is difficult for you to read or use, tell us and we will find a format that works for you.
